202!
On October 3rd, I started my huge workout plan to lose weight and start a different lifestyle. Earlier in the year I weighed a bit over 220 pounds but my official start weight last month is 216. Today (11/09/09) I’m at 202 pounds and a full week before my birthday. I’m hoping to be at or under 200 by then because its a huge milestone for me. I already feel tons better, feel a bit more confident about how I am. Long term goal for me is to lose down to the mid 170’s and start bulking from there. haha I can’t wait for my goal!
